For key clients we utilise a paperless document management system with secure log on; AURA.

This allows you to communicate in a totally secure and confidential environment and adheres to the requirements of the Data Protection legislation and requirements of confidentiality both required from a professional and legal view point.

Our key clients will be given access to AURA to enable them both to refer employees online and receive all reports within 48 hours of assessment if required through the AURA portal.

We work to best practice administrative and clinical procedures ensuring high quality services and experience dealing with all members of the OHRD staff.

We will provide telephone, email, as well as written correspondence to management as and when required and often same day if need be.

We can attend meetings and case conferences which can be organised as your premises or our clinic whichever is more convenient to you.
