Our clinicians follow the requirements of their professional bodies including the General Medical Council, Nursing and Midwifery Council and Faculties of Occupational Medicine.
In the case of physicians, each are subject to an independent annual appraisal process under the auspices of the Society of Occupational Medicine. In addition, in anticipation of the likely requirements of the General Medical Council in the UK, each Physician maintains an up to date Revalidation folder for purposes of Re-licensing.
These processes include a record of the physicians Continuous Professional Development for ongoing professional education and training. It will also include a record of complaints and the outcome of investigation related to these.
OHRD utilises internal quality control procedures, auditing adherence to agreed clinical procedures including report writing.
